David M. Karen has been practicing in civil litigation as a trial lawyer since 1985. His firm specializes in the litigation and trial of virtually all civil matters, having twenty two jury trials to verdict. Mr. Karen’s practice involves all aspects of civil litigation of damage claims, whether of serious injury or business interests. While actively practicing as a Civil Litigator since 1985, Mr. Karen has also served as a Mediator in over 175 Superior Court actions, periodically presiding as the pro tem Settlement Judge for trials pending in the Ventura County Superior Court (Department 22) since 1999.
